Marshall’s Pasta Mill and Bakery would like to introduce you to our HEALTHY HOTLUNCH PROGRAM, compliant with the new school nutritional guidelines for the 2010-2011 school year.
We have been providing hot lunches to various schools for fifteen years and we know what kids love!

We offer a variety of menu choices that are listed below:

#1)Pasta and Tomato Sauce: We use durum semolina enriched flour so for every school using our pasta now, you do not have to switch to whole wheat pasta. You can order it if you like but the following nutrition info is based on the same pasta you get now. The bun will be switched to a whole wheat roll. Parmesan cheese of 1TBS per serving is allowable. Penne with butter will be prepared with Trans fat free Margarine and I tsp of melted margarine will be put on the plain pasta per serving. There is really not much change except the roll. Price will remain the same at $3.00 per student. Pasta comes in foil rays with plates and cutlery. Individual packaged orders are available.

#3) Multi- grain Baked Chicken Nuggets
with dipping sauce $3.00: Baked chicken nuggets packed 5 per foil bag with dipping sauce.

#4) Caesar Salad with Chicken and whole wheat roll: $4.00

#5) Caesar Salad with whole wheat bun (no chicken): $3.00

#6) Ham or Turkey Sub on whole wheat bread: $3.00
(comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato)

* chocolate chip cookies, homemade on site in our store

Cookies are .55cents each and peanut-free.

We also can supply beverages with the lunches for additional charge.

What Marshalls Pasta and Bakery Does for you!

• We offer free food for the hot lunch volunteers. Let us know who is helping out and we will send extra food for the volunteers.
• We have free delivery for all hot lunches.
• We offer one free complimentary lunch for all the teachers in the school if you book at least eight hot lunches with us. Check out our catering menu on our website (www.marshallspastamill.com) before you choose your free lunch.

School Fundraising Program

One of our most popular specials is the
“Family Dinner for 4”.
For only $13.99 you get 600 grams of any fresh pasta, a large homemade sauce and your choice of our famous Lusitana Portuguese bread. You choose from our garlic cheese bread, buns or a large crusty loaf.

How can the school make money?

Each student gets five “Family Dinner for Four” gift certificates to sell to their family and friends for $13.99 each. For EVERY gift certificate they sell, Marshalls Pasta will give $3.99 to the school. It is an easy fundraiser that does not need volunteers!
